Amazing Guide

This is great I recommend this to anyone looking to getting to killer shape for anything from ROTC, to Go Ruck , to Ranger school actually have two buddies that breezed through it using this guide. I always use it to stay on the top of my game for ROTC. Also I used after my severely sprained ankle to get back into shape. Basically if you want to excel and be the top dog get this guide.

What are you waiting for?

This is my 4th Stew Smith Book and like all the others it delivers. Others might purchase this for anticipation of attending U.S. Army Ranger Assessment and Selection school. I received it for participation in GORUCK Challenge events, which include a significant amount of rucking, PT, carrying heavy items over long distances for a long period of time, etc. In reviewing the book - Stew covers all of the bases from proper footwear, foot care, preparing your boots and footwear for the duration of the events you will do, etc.
Can't recommend anything from Stew Smith enough - proven results not only for years - but DECADES!

Ebook don't

As some others have commented in their reviews this book doesn't work real well in the Ebooks edition. I'm assuming in paperback it is a fine work. However, it needs to be completely reformatted for an Ebook. As it stands it is nearly indecipherable. Eventually, I will pull out a pen/paper and transcribe it and probably get some good workouts. Till then....
